For many years, new immigrants to the United States have been misinformed, embezzled and denied opportunities because of lack of creditable publications geared towards new immigrants. The conditions of the industry today is such that most local magazines or newspaper concentrate on entertainment rather than educational and economic empowerment. We at the Immigrant Journal believe that we can deliver reliable information services to the community.   The Immigrant's Journal has been developed to serve as a forum to share information and analysis, to educate our diverse communities, and to develop and coordinate plans of action on the important issues pertinent to our development in New York City. We work to promote a just and race neutral immigrants and refugees, regardless of immigration status.

The efforts is based on all immigrant and refugees communities in New York City thought organizing and advocating for their full labor, educational, civil and human rights.  We understand and recognize the change in global labor, political and economic structures which have increased regional, national and international patterns of cooperation to strengthen the rights, welfare and safety of migrants and refugees.  We hope our work at the Immigrant Journal's Journal, in the community and in cooperation with civil, humans rights and anti-hate groups will increase public awareness of divisiveness and to stop the growth of racism, anti-immigrant activities and police brutality. Many immigrants past and present have contributed significantly to the United States' political and economic development, very few have become criminals.  In the issues of the Immigrant Journal you'll find various articles on the topics such as Immigration, Family, Real Estate, Arts & Pleasure, Money & Finance, Computing, the Justices System and Politics.  As you will see, the relevance, timelines and breadth of our articles for a localized publication are unparalleled.  Our special thanks goes to all the writers, advertisers and staff whose support and cooperation have made our publication possible. We look forward to serving you for many years a head.  The Immigrant's Journal is a positive communication tool in our community.  If you have an idea you want to share, write us. By the fall of 1999, our operation would have publish more than 100,000 copies of the Immigrant's Journal, and will distribute the Journal as a free publication.  Revenues generated by advertising will guarantee that the Immigrant's Journal remain a free publication.
